You will pay ~$300/mo for, water, sewer, and other common area fees - this is separate to the base rent. The access to the Recreation Center (i.e., HOA is covered by the Landlord). You will only be responsible for getting internet, gas, and electric. This home will come with a washer and dryer, along with all the other appliances you need to make this house your home on the first day. Also, all the curtain rods and curtains pictured will stay in the home. This rental comes with access to the Recreation center with an indoor/outdoor pool, lap pool, steam room, exercise/workout area with group classes, and an indoor basketball court. The pictures posted are a representation of what the home could look like for you with your belongings inside. The home is ready for you to move in on November 1st and upon your screening/approval. This home is perfect for anyone, but is ideal for a family with easy access to Fairway Heights park without having to cross a street. This home also has tinted windows in every upstairs window (except the master bath) so as to alleviate the outside world seeing in and also helps block some heat during the Summer months. Pet fee is a monthly charge.
