Bedrooms include closets, dressers, and blackout cellular window shades installed. The third bedroom is currently being utilized as an office for remote work. Since September move-in, we have curated all the elements that make a beautiful, cozy home. Furnishings include 2 queen beds, wide open-concept living space, a modern Article Sitka couch, original art, ceiling fans, Smart TV, pillows, towels, dinnerware, flatware, all the kitchen utensils/gear, vacuum, mop and backyard patio. Brand new washer and dryer reside conveniently on the second floor. There is lots of privacy in the back yard and patio area. We have an older yet trusty gas BBQ grill that you are welcome to use provided you exchange out the propane tank when it is empty. The living space is a great option for travel-nurses, engineering interns, emerging professionals or young families integrating into the Greenville region. One vehicle parks in attached garage for ultra convenient access and a second vehicle parks directly in the driveway outside. Taylors is centrally located for professionals employed by Prisma Health, Michelin North America, BMW, GE Verona, Lockheed Martin, Fluor Corporation, Ernst & Young, Verizon, and Bon Secours Health System. The area is also extremely friendly to university students attending Clemson University, Furman University, Anderson University, Bob Jones University, and other academic institutions.
