The maintenance guy who came to my apartment did a great job on the bathroom sink, and also a great job with the kitchen sink! Both of the apartments maintenance guy do a great and there very pleasant, but very dedicated in the work they do. Thank you!

Ever since the new management has taken over the property, I have seen maintenance and other employees moving about the property everyday trying to clean up the grounds.I stay in the J section next to the office which i think is a great area to be. The issue with the garbage disposal and dumpster is something that they are working to solve, and ill be happy once they can get rid of the mess. I always feel safe around my neighbors even though we do have a variety of different people living different lifestyles in the community. Overall, The Chimneys is becoming a better place to stay.
