There is easy access to Wadsworth Blvd, Alameda Ave, and 6th Ave making travel Downtown Denver or the Mountains quick. Just over a mile Northwest is both Kountze Lake and the Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park which has a museum, history park, festival center, miles of trails, picnic areas, public art, and wildlife viewing.
