Single story 3 bedroom home on a large corner lot. Wood tile flooring throughout! No carpet. Newer Roof. Extra large walk in closet in the primary bedroom. Extra large utility room. Plenty of storage inside and out. Shed in rear fenced yard. Pets must be pre approved, $300 non refundable pet fee plus $25 monthly pet rent. $100 lease prep fee and all residents 18 or older must complete an application.
