Beach Villas was an amazing experience over 2 years. Taylor working the office is one of the BEST people ever. She is very friendly and makes sure everything is taken care of and you feel comfortable from day one. This was the second apartment we have moved into and the process was so easy and helpful and felt like home. We took our dog to the well kept dog park daily, she absolutely loved it. Was a great experience, hope to be back soon, and Taylor better still be in charge!

Beach Villas is one of the best communities I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from, if not the best. The staff here are very kind, attentive and care about getting things done/making things right. There have been things we’ve needed to be looked into here and there since moving in about 8 months ago, some including fixing a screen door, a plumbing concern and a refrigerator light needing replacement. When I say each and every concern we’ve had was addressed on the same day 95% of the time, I mean I have not ever felt that our concerns being taken care of wasn’t a priority once since living here at Beach Villas. It is also seen in the upkeep of the community, no litter, old leaves or trash anywhere, the grass and greenery are lush and always look in great shape. Also, Taylor is the most amazing Property Manager I could ever want to have, so kind, warm and as I mentioned always makes my family and I feel like our needs are important no matter what they are. If you’re in search of a home that really feels like home, and a team of people who will treat you and your home with the utmost care, look no further!!
