This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sits on the corner of Park Ave and S Union St, and includes many updates such as hardwood flooring, carpet in the bedrooms, light fixtures, and paint throughout. Walking up to the front door is a nice deck that overlooks the almost full fenced in yard. As you walk in you're greeted with a good sized room with a ceiling fan and wall AC unit. Next to that is an open layout living room area into the kitchen that includes a fridge, gas stove, and dishwasher, with a little nook perfect for a small table. Off the living room are the 2 good sized bedrooms that include ceiling fans, and the bathroom. Downstairs is a small storage room with a washer and dryer. There is a small storage shed included, and the backyard is fully fenced in. There is also plenty of off street parking. Pets up to 50lbs are allowed with a $250 pet fee and $50/month pet rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. Renters Insurance Required. 12 month lease minimum. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $1200, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150.
