This beautiful new neighborhood is located within about 7-10 min from the ocean and Moonlight Beach . Moonlight State Beach is one of our favorites with long string of white sand beaches , warm water you can swim and surf in. The beach is monitored by lifeguards. It has very popular fire pits and tables with benches for picnics and birthday parties. It has plentiful clean restrooms, and outdoor showers. Small dog allowed per owner discretion and signing of a Pet Addendum.
