Large kitchen with plenty of cabinets and counter space. Stainless appliances. Wood flooring in the entire house. Sweet deck overlooking flat back yard. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Close to 485 and 77. Applicants may apply at the Carolina United Realty website. Click "Available Rentals", click on the property and "Apply Online". $60 application fee required per adult. There is a one-time non-refundable admin fee of $150 due with security deposit (after approval). Pets MUST be approved by the owners. $250 non-refundable pet fee.
