Welcome to your home away from home. This well thought out home is designed to cater to the needs of traveling professionals and pet owners. There are no shared areas in either unit. Our luxurious rental is conveniently located near downtown Savannah and just minutes away from Hunter Airfield Base, medical facilities such as Candler, Landmark, and St. Joseph Hospital, making them an ideal choice for healthcare professionals and patients seeking temporary accommodation. We are in a prime location that also benefits employees and executives of corporate headquarters in the area, such as Gulfstream, Allied Universal, JCB and the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). This home is newly renovated and has the most updated finishings, appliances and furnishings. Every detail is thought out to ensure you just come with your personal needs and have all you need for a comfortable stay whether it be a month or many months. There is a king bed in one room and a queen in the other. Both rooms have dressers, night stands and a large closet. They also each have a smart tv and ceiling fan. The kitchen has everything you need whether on the run and heating things up or you like to bake. Airfryer is included. There is a dining table with seating for 4. TV trays are also provided. The livingroom is the perfect size with seating for 4 and a desk/work station as well. Laundry is onsite in unit. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity for storage. All linens are provided in the bathroom, kitchen and both bedrooms, with spare bedding provided. Open your side door and you enter into a privately fenced yard. Message for more information or to arrange a private walk through or video walk-though. We are happy to have a phone call with you as well. NOTE: A minimum stay of 30 days is required. An application and contract will be required and information on all parties 18 years and older on application & contract. No application fee is charged. In person or live video tours can be provided. A background, credit and reference check is required for all parties who will stay in the property. If a work contract can be provided, demonstrating your employer performed these checks, I will not run the credit check. There is no fee to you on these checks/verifications.
