The new manager Heidi was great and got my issue resolved as soon as she started last week. She was understanding and apologetic about my situation and made sure it was a priority to get done. Very pleased with new management.

The new manager Heidi is absolutely amazing! You can tell she has a passion for what she does and is extremely rooted in making the Walden a better place for everyone to live. With not much staff she is making things work, communicates and is very apologetic despite the issues that she’s dealing with being from long before her! I can’t wait to see what she does with this property!
