About 1124 Lowerline St #NA
1124 Lowerline will be a 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom house. It is currently under renovation and will be completed in May. The lease will start on June 1, 2025. This will be a brand new house when you move in! There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. There is one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. There are two sunrooms, two living rooms, and a large kitchen/dining room open layout. There is central AC. There are two driveways on both sides of the house. The finished home will be fully furnished and will include a cleaning service twice per week. We have a property manager in New Orleans that is on call when you need him! There are currently no photos to show of the interior because it is under renovation. We are happy to provide a tour of the house while it is being renovated. Utilities will be the renter's responsibility. Security deposit will be one month's rent.
