1 Bedroom 1 Bath, 1 parking - suited for long term stay. 1 Off street parking. Separate entrance through patio. Located at prestigious neighborhood of Maryland - 20 min ride to DC (train/ car). The house itself is nestled in Rock Creek park. You may search on "Kensington Rock Creek Park" to know more about the location. Besides all the charms of proximity to DC, Kensington itself is a place of fascinating history, arts and culture. Explore everything Kensington has to offer! The space Washer dryer is available. The kitchenette has sink, countertop, cabinets, refrigerator and Microwave , electric skillet and small appliances. No stove. The bedroom has a Double sized bed, and a wardrobe. A desk for study. Since Walter Reed hospital is close by I always have Army personnel staying here. The house is old but everything is functional. Very good location and safe, quiet neighborhood . Your unit has washer-dryer. The unit next to you doesn't have washer dryer. Therefore if you stay here let the other person use the washer dryer in weekly basis. Guest access This unit is back side of the house. Access through driveway. One of the pictures shows that access. Arrive at the patio through driveway. Other things to note It is already mentioned before - this is part of a large house. The entire house was one vacation rental before for 16 people. But couldn't able to control the noise. Neighbors complained. Therefore the house is segmented in few units.
