A beautiful duplex located on 24th St in the heart of Midtown off K St. The unit is a lower level and has central heat and air, dishwasher, shared backyard, walking distance to all of midtown within minutes. The appliances are in place but come with no warranties, parking is street. All the living space has hardwood floors for ease of cleaning. The unit is a large unit w a full Dining Room, Living Room and plenty of space The kitchen has a dishwasher, tile counter and backsplash with a gas stove that open up to the kitchen nook or a small office and a large Dining room for entertaining. The kitchen has hardwood floors. The Living room and Dining room both have hardwood floors with plenty of light, sorry the fireplace is for candles only. What a great place to enjoy a good dinner with friends The bedrooms with hardwood floors surround the bathroom which has period tile and a tub with shower over The washer and Dryer come with the unit as noted but with no warranties and is off the kitchen nook/office The backyard is awesome with lots of trees and a pad to enjoy those great evenings.
