The downstairs offers 2 bedrooms and one bath, dining room, living room (fireplace does not work) and kitchen. There is a side deck off the kitchen that is perfect for morning coffee or entertaining family and friends. The upstairs offers a loft type bedroom/sitting room and full bathroom. There is an unfished basement space and tons of storage. Don't let this one pass you by! Pets Welcome certain breeds, fees and restrictions apply Pet Rent 25.00 per month per pet Renter's Insurance Required Please contact Empire Property Realty, LLC (423-531-4444) to schedule an appointment If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is a $50 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply. 600 Credit Score and favorable work and rental history will be required.
