1117 E 2nd is a large 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house with a cute back porch and a 2 garage. Entering the front door you come into the living room which is connected to the dining room. Off the living room is a small hallway which leads to the main floor bedroom and the full bathroom. The main floor bedroom has a large closet. The full bathroom has a "handicap" standing shower, there is a linen closet for your storage needs. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the half bathroom. From the dining room is the kitchen which is large with ample storage. There is a small pantry for additional storage. The laundry room is just off the kitchen. From the laundry room there is a back entry way or sun porch. From the sun porch is the back door which leads to the back outside porch. The back yard is secluded. There is a two car garage with some electrical run to it. The garage is currently not insulated, if this is something you are interested in we could talk about it. Pet Deposit is $750 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
