There's a 3 season porch in the front and a deck in the back yard. Back yard is fenced and double garage has an automatic opener. There's also an area for a garden that's ready to go in the backyard. Great location close to the University of Minnesota and just off Hennepin Avenue. Close access to 35W, downtown Minneapolis and lots of shopping and dining. $50 Application fee per adult We check income (gross household income must be at least 3 times rent), credit (must be 600+), criminal and rental history Renters are responsible for all utilities and lawn/snow Pets are okay with a $50/month pet fee per Renter's insurance is required Call Dakota at 612-298-6519 to schedule a showing For all units with forced air heating, residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
