Enter the home to the living room, which includes several windows for natural light. The bedroom is on the left and has a built-in closet. There is an office or flex-room located off of the bedroom facing the front yard, it has many windows that light up the room! The bathroom is also located off the bedroom. The bathroom is extra large, including the washer and dryer, and built-in shelving. The kitchen is through a decorative arch and at the back hallway. The kitchen has updated flooring and cabinets. The basement has two unfinished rooms, lots of storage space! The stairs to the basement are very steep. The house has a 3ft chain link fence around the entire property, with gates for foot traffic and vehicles. There is an enclosed, 1-car dirt drive way for resident parking, and additional space along the road for public parking. The tenant pays all utilities. There is no HOA, and no A/C.
