THE PARK IS LOCATED 2 BLOCKS WEST OF STERLING AVENUE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF U.S. 24 HIGHWAY NEXT DOOR TO THE BLEND-WELL COFFEE SHOP/CAFE. Rent is $900 per month and the security deposit is also $900. Tenant is responsible for all utilities except trash service and lawn care. A 12-month rental agreement is required. One small pet under 30 pounds is allowed for an additional $25.00 per month (no dogs under 1 year old). Application fee is $35 per applicant. 3x monthly rent, minimum of 2 years verifiable employment or income, minimum of 2 years verifiable rental history, must pass background check, roommate policy applies, call for details.
