This lovely townhome is located in the community of Santee Corsican Villas. Our unit was updated with in the last 18 months that included: full paint, LVT flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs in bedrooms, updated kitchen cabinets/counters and updated appliances. We are added ceiling fans to bedrooms and living room. The main level has a large living room with huge window to brighten the space. The kitchen looks out onto the private yard and also has lots of windows that filter in plenty of natural light. There is a pantry/laundry room off the kitchen with additional storage and hookups for your own washer/dryer. The half bath is also located on the first level in addition to a coat closet. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, electric stove, fridge and microwave. A sliding glass door in the kitchen opens to the private yard with access to the double-car garage that comes with the unit. The second floor houses all three bedrooms, each with spacious closets and mirrored closet doors. The master has two closets; one walk-in and the other extended with mirrored doors. All bedrooms have large windows for added natural lighting. The main bath has direct access to the master bedroom and also a separate entrance from the hall. The shower/tub will be completely remodeled to include new tub & shower walls. We are also upgrading the large vanity with double sinks and plenty of storage. You'll enjoy the community pool in the warm summer and autumn months.
