There would only be 3 people living in the home including you. The furnished dining room, kitchen, above ground patio, front outdoor patio and entrance are shared but, everything else is private for the renters. The home is very spacious and worth a tour(virtual option available). We are very clean, respectful and quiet and looking for someone like-minded. The Basement Level: Landlord would be living in the basement level of the home 95% of the time. Has a 11-yr old 26lb Beagle Jack Russel Mix dog who is very obedient, trained. Top Level: 25-yr old female would be living in her space 90% of the time. Has a respectful, and very quiet dog who is obedient and trained. The Middle Level is available.
