Charming One-Bedroom Condo in Brookland with Parking Available in January! Open format condo unit that offers a fresh aesthetic and off-street parking along Brookland's business district. This roomy unit boasts an impressive amount of natural light, and plenty of room for separated living and dining areas. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, plenty of cabinetry, and a bar-height counter that can comfortably seat two. Head down the hallway to find a utility room with storage space, and a nicely-sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo and vanity storage under the sink. A spacious bedroom sits at the rear of the unit and features two large windows, a double sliding door closet, and can easily fit a king-sized bed and nightstands. In addition to the great interior features of this unit, there is also one (1) space of off-street parking in the building's private lot available for an additional $150/mo. On top of that, the water, gas, and electric utilities are included in the rental rate! There is a shared laundry room on site. When it comes time to leave the comfort of this lovely unit, the Brookland neighborhood has much to offer! There are plenty of shops, restaurants, breweries, and local conveniences within easy reach, many of which line nearby 12th Street, which serves as Brookland's "Main Street". For groceries, Yes!
