Looking to find female roommate for brand new Inner Harbor apartment! The apartment is very large, 1220 sq ft, where roommate would have own bedroom and private in-suite bathroom, with plenty of closet space. The complex is BRAND new, with all new amenities, including two floor gym/clubhouse, and rooftop deck. Utilities would be split in half (~$75 each person). Parking available for an additional fee. I am a female law student in her early 20s, looking to rent to another female around my age. I tend to keep things around the place quiet during the week, since I study primarily at home, but do enjoy going out on weekends!
