There is a lawnmower kept on the property and pending landlord approval yard improvements and work can be done by you. That means the two planter boxes in back and the flower beds along the garage can become a great spring projects. The back yard is deep and entirely fenced around, including between the garage and home. There is two elevated planter boxes behind the garage just waiting to be used, and all 5 of the back yard neighbors are as nice as it gets, often inviting the block over for summer cookouts. Garage has built in storage, shelving and WORKBENCH!! Perfect for bike storage and repair. We fit both of our cars into it, although it is a one car garage. Two large trees in back yard make it great for summer shade and decorating. There really isnt a better home we found to rent on this side of town, so close to so many vital parts of the city. We are moving out of state and looking for someone to finish our lease (May 31st, 2013) and continue under a new lease until May, 2014. While we prefer to sign new tenants until May, 2014. We can be flexible with somebody just finishing out our lease until May, 2013. There is a security deposit of one months rent, $1350.
