This 2 story house has room galore! Entrance has spacious mud room with another room to the north. 2 living rooms or a living room and a dining room if you choose. Spacious kitchen with full bath off the kitchen. One full size bedroom and a laundry room round out the main floor of this house. Second floor had 3 bedrooms and a 3/4 bathroom. There is a basement that houses the furnace and water heater but not necessarily the best for storage. Stove, fridge, washer & dryer all included with the house. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Pets are allowed with a $750 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rentals rates are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in both the deposit and monthly rent. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. 2.
