But do not come inside the house nor use the kitchen. Location: Lower-Westside Occupancy: The bedroom is furnished with one queen bed, so this is best suited for a two people sharing a bed. Utilities: All utilities and Internet included. Parking: One off-street parking spot and lots of street parking. Storage: Bikes and surfboards may be stored in the backyard but there is no other storage. Please write back and tell me as much as you can about yourself. If you seem like a good fit, I will reach out and make offer you an appointment to see the house.
