These homes offer private balconies/patios, and the building is located across from Fort McMurray's newest community park, Kiyam Community Park. All homes come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave in select suites. Stainless steel appliances are available in some homes. Flooring options include carpet and vinyl plank. The apartments offer in-suite storage and shared laundry facilities are on-site. Renovated suites are available. These upgraded units offer new cabinetry, appliances, flooring, and fixtures. Furnished suites are available – please inquire for more details. This neighbourhood is convenient, centrally located and easily accessible. MacDonald Place is family friendly, student friendly and seniors friendly. MacDonald Place is located within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and community services. A transit stop is located next to the property’s parking lot. MacDonald Place includes designated parking in electrified stalls in a paved parking lot. This building is pet-friendly and welcomes up to two dogs or cats per suite. A pet deposit/fee applies - please inquire with the leasing team. Smoking is not permitted. Resident insurance and 24-hour emergency maintenance included.
