No issues, great for the price, gorgeous apartments, multiple locked entrances, beautiful courtyard and just the sweetest staff ever. I might be lucky to have quiet neighbors but I’ve lived in two different apartments now and never was too bothered by the thin walls. Tori is the second leasing manager I’ve had here and she’s already done such a great job with things like gift wrap stations for Christmas time, flower bouquets for Valentine’s Day, bracket challenges, etc. I won a foot massager for Christmas lol. Also, I get excited if I have any sort of maintenance issue because Tim and his wife Missy are some of the greatest people I’ve ever met in my life.

Cameron is an incredible manager. She spent an hour and a half on a Friday afternoon with us thoroughly explaining our lease options, ins & outs, and answering every question we could think of. Incredibly friendly, warm, genuine energy that is hard to find in a property manager! She put us right at ease as we were exploring the community and that is worth so so much when renting.
