The last tenants were NOT kind to this house. There photos are part of the way through our process, we are nearly done with painting, but we still have regular maintenance, replacing the kitchen floor and cleaning to do here. You can see that in the photos. This is one of the largest one bedroom houses we have, if you had a young child there is a small room of the kitchen, which would work great as a nursery or toddler's room. Front and back entry ways to help keep the cold out. Bedroom has a nice closet. Large living room. Large dining area in the kitchen which has stove and Frig furnished. Wall full of cabinets with a window over the sink. Extra large double door floor to ceiling cupboard. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer furnished. Extra room too small for an adult bed but maybe a crib or child's bedroom. This room presently is being used as an office. 12 month utility average is $98 for NWPS (gas/electric) Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
