Tenants may use any company they'd like for phone, TV, or internet service. 1004 Marine Street is located at the corner of 10th & Marine Streets, on University Hill. It consists of four units total (two on Marine, and two more in back on 10th Street). This great location puts your right in between CU campus and Pearl Street. Apartment E is the left side of the building on Marine Street. It has its own partially-fenced in yard, great for a dog. The porch is shared with the neighboring Apt. W. This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We can supply a window A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants. Approximate room dimensions: Living room = 15'2" x 13'5" Bedroom #1 (front) = 11'5" x 7'8" Bedroom #2 (back) = 7'9" x 12'11" Kitchen = 10'2" x 8'7" Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit. We can show the place anytime during our business hours, Monday-Friday, with at least a day's notice.
