For a building that is ten years old the maintenance team has plenty to do but they respond to service requests quickly and with their usual good humor, friendliness, and concern for the tenants.
The views are good, the location is convenient, but the people make the experience great, especially the maintenance crew.
I’ve lived at Skyhouse South for almost a year now and have been really happy here. The staff have been fantastic to work with. Alexis and Alyssa on the leasing team, along with Monique at the front desk, are all friendly, professional, and quick to help when needed. Taylor and Blanca from maintenance have also been great, always addressing any issues I’ve had in a timely manner.
I live on a mid-level floor and haven’t had any noise complaints, either from neighbors or the street. That said, I’m used to city living, so things like passing cars or the occasional siren don’t bother me. One thing I really appreciate about the building is the added security. Each floor requires a key fob for access, and I like the convenience of the smart locks on the doors.
On top of all that, the location is hard to beat. Being within walking distance of Piedmont Park, MARTA, and the Beltline is such a huge plus. All in all, I’ve really enjoyed living here.

I am 2-3 weeks in my new apartment and I have to say everything is great! The apartment was squeaky clean wen I moved in. Isaiah was AMAZING, extremely helpful during my first tour and during my move-in process! Concierge team is also amazing and always kind and helpful. Maintenance team is on point, helpful, quick, and willing to go above and beyond, doing tasks that they didn't have to do, just to make my life easier! I thank everyone that works here!

I have lived at this property for two years, and it has been a truly pleasant experience. The staff here is always friendly, responsive and eager to help with any issues I have. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, ensuring that everything is taken care of. The community atmosphere is welcoming especially if you like the city vibes. I recommend this apartment for anyone looking for friendly and fun living environment.
I have been a resident at SH for several years w/ little to no complaints. Equity Residential has been absolutely fantastic. Their staff is very professional and responsive. Michelle, Lexi, and Alyssa are always so kind, patient and supportive! Not to mention the maintenance/ cleaning team, Taylor & Blanka are the absolute best! Can’t thank you guys enough.
My recent visit to Skyhouse was a very pleasant one. The tour was going spectacular then I ran into Bernard the maintenance man. He made the tour much more better with his professionalism, knowledge of the building and he also is very humorous. If the rest of staff are as pleasant as he then moving in is all but assured. Thank you Bernard!!
I have lived at this SkyHouse South for seven years. I absolutely love where I live you can’t beat the price and how nice Michele ,Alyssa and awesome Maintenance Taylor are !!! every time when I go into the office they make time for me and make me feel special. They make me feel like family, I thank them for all that they do daily and want them to understand that anytime there is a change of hands and ownership in a business there will be kinks to work out and I think they’re doing awesome. Thanks Skyhouse Team for making me feel at home I plan on spending many more years at Skyhouse .

Alyssa was absolutely fantastic during the leasing process. She went above and beyond to ensure I got the apartment that I loved. Whenever I was unsure or wanted to see additional units she was quick to offer a solution or additional options. 10/10 experience because of her!
