When you walk in the front door there is a small entry way good for shoes and a coat rack, next you enter into the large living and dinning room area. From this place you can enter one of the bedrooms, the kitchen and a hallway that leads to the other two bedrooms. The kitchen has lots go cabinet space and the furnished stove and refrigerator. From the kitchen you can enter the bathroom, do into the basement, and exit out the back door. One of the other bedrooms has lots of windows that let in lots of natural light. The last bedroom is spacious, and has a door that also access the bathroom. The back yard is fairly private and secluded. We allow pets with a $500 pet deposit and $25 added onto the monthly rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease 7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8.
