This 3 bedroom + 1 bathroom lower apartment is located on Hammond Ave near Belknap in Superior. The apartment begins with a large living space and adjacent dining room complete with a chandelier. The three bedrooms are just off the dining room. Down the hallway you will find two large closet spaces, one being home to the in-unit laundry. The kitchen was just recently updated featuring new cabinets, counter tops and appliances, the microwave comes with the apartment. The full bathroom also has a large closet. Superior, Wisconsin, is a historic port city on the shores of Lake Superior, bordering Duluth, Minnesota. Known for its maritime heritage, it has a strong shipping and industrial economy, complemented by tourism and education, with the University of Wisconsin–Superior playing a key role. The city offers natural beauty, including Pattison State Park and Big Manitou Falls, along with cultural attractions like the Richard I. Bong Veterans Historical Center and the SS Meteor Maritime Museum. With cold, snowy winters and mild summers, Superior is a hub for outdoor recreation, from winter sports to hiking and boating, making it a unique and welcoming destination in Wisconsin’s Northwoods. Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1250 as well as electric, gas and water utilities. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
