The Village Apartments of Superior offers apartment home styles featuring 1 and 2-bedroom units. Each unit includes modern kitchens with energy efficient stainless-steel appliances, ample storage space, laminate wood flooring, carpeted bedrooms, and modern fixtures. Provided with each unit is basic cable and internet capabilities (free of charge), a stackable washer and dryer, and a private outdoor balcony or patio. The Village offers a fitness center and community room for our residents to enjoy. All landscaping, snow removal, and maintenance requests are handled by our property staff. Our properties are also pet friendly with a nonrefundable fee and monthly pet rent.
