Elyse, property manager, was great to work with. She made the move-in process very easy and convenient. We are very happy with the apartment. Nice appliances and storage room. We like the security of the building and parking garage. It’s a plus to be able to have access to the fitness area, the large gathering area, and the outdoor patio with grill.

Many reviews understandably zoom in on the 2nd-floor incident at the beginning of 2023, but let me tell you, my journey from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor at Lincoln Park Flats has been nothing short of amazing! Discovering the building changes initially had me on edge, given that we had just relocated from Texas, and the thought of being displaced was a non-starter for us. However, the property managers went above and beyond, responding promptly to my concerns with nothing but compassion and constant reassurance that they were giving it their all. Now, let me dive into the exhilarating pros: - Maintenance requests? Handled pronto, with the staff maintaining constant communication about progress. - Garage parking? A genuine rarity, immaculately maintained and a winter blessing. - No mold or bugs? Cleanliness maintained year-round, making it a bug-free haven. - Noise insulation? Top-notch! I never catch a peep from my neighbors. - Spacious bathtubs, seasonal lobby decorations, and pet-friendly policies? Oh, so appreciated! - Courteous cleaning staff, swift snow removal, and convenient vending machines? The perks keep coming! - Practically soundproof sliding glass doors, secure access to upper floors, and reliable high-speed internet? Total game-changers. - Hot water? Always on and sizzling! Briefly runs out? Not an issue – it bounces back lightning fast. - Transparent pricing? Yes, it's an investment, but the amenities make every penny count. - Studio space? Surprisingly roomy, and the view? Absolutely delightful. - Monthly rent of $1355? Includes utilities and a garage spot, making it highly competitive. And guess what? The cost barely budged $20-$40 when we ascended from the 2nd floor – those news articles really played it up. Now, for the supposed downside: - The cost might be tagged as "high," but trust me, the benefits outweigh every penny spent. Plus, no worries about snow duties! In summary, our time at Lincoln Park Flats has been amazing. The property managers treat us like individuals, and the pricing, well, it's a steal for the fantastic amenities. Should we ever dance around the idea of relocating within the area, you can bet we'll be doing everything in our power to stick with P&R.
