The apartments are updated and very functional! The closets are huge so storage is plentiful. The internet included works great and we haven’t had any issues. The property manager is quick to reply and answer any concerns or questions we have. Overall we love living here!

Bluewater Flats is a great place to live! Rent is comparable to places around the twin ports and as a young adult I am able to make rent with no issues. The facility is very well maintained and the extras such as the gym, pet wash, and patio are super nice to have access to! The apartment itself is very modern and everything is up to date. I would say Bluewater Flats is a great starter point and I would definitely recommend a tour.
