This unit's minimum monthly gross household income requirement, three times the monthly rent, is $2,985. This unit consists of a large living room with hardwood floors, two bedrooms with carpet, a bathroom, a large kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, and stove provided by the property owner, and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer hookups available.
