This recently renovated townhouse sleeps up to 6 guests and features a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need. The living room includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen smart TV. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout. The primary bedroom boasts a private balcony perfect for watching the sunset or listening to the waves. The second bedroom is a versatile bunk room with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed, ample built-in storage, and a large flat-screen television, also with access to a small balcony. Each bathroom features Carrera marble and a glass-enclosed shower. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway. Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach umbrella are provided. Professional linen services are included. Supplemental services such as pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting are available. A pack and play or high chair can be provided for a small additional fee. This tropical retreat is in a prime location, offering a comforting, stress-free atmosphere and a relaxing, memorable vacation. The property is situated in a residential area, and AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m., traveling from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. This is a non-smoking property, and guests may smoke outside with doors closed. Evidence of smoking inside the property will incur an additional charge of $500 for cleaning and deodorizing. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. Check-in time starts at 4 p.m. and check-out time is prior to 10 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but is not guaranteed. Rate adjustments cannot be made for late check-in or early departure. Guests are required to complete all required documentation prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in delayed check-in. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation unless they are an active member of the military. Reservations obtained under false pretenses will cause forfeiture of all payments, and the guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
