This home is on a quiet dead end street directly on Palma Sola Bay with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and local bays where dolphins are seen often. The house has spectacular views of the bay leading out to Anna Maria Island. It has 5 bedrooms with a bonus room overlooking the pool from the second floor, four (4) bathrooms. Located in northwest Bradenton, the drive is usually less than 15 minutes to the island beaches. It is also just a short bike ride, run or kayak paddle away from Robinson Preserve. The house is surrounded by tropical landscaping, has a heated swimming pool, and a private dock. This is a great off island property that has lots of parking. The home has a large master bedroom, located on the 2nd floor with french doors leading to the deck / balcony area overlooking the pool and the bay. It has a king-size bed and large full private bathroom. Note that all of the bedrooms have plenty of closet space, tvs , fans, etc. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a room with 3 twin beds along with an office desk overlooking the pool and bay. On the other side of the house, there are two more bedrooms also located on the 2nd floor with its own stairway access. One is a king bedroom that has a toddler bed, the other is a large bunk bedroom with 5 twin beds and 1 full bed. This room can sleep up to 6 kids, if needed. There is a shared bathroom between these two uptair bedrooms. A door connects the bunkroom to a closet that is also the closet for the master bedroom. On the 1st floor, is another king bedroom perfect for grandparents or those who cannot manage the stairs. The 5th bedroom also on the 1st floor, has a queen bed with a toddler bed. The two downstairs bedrooms also share another large bathroom. The 4th bathroom is located at the rear of the house and doubles as the pool / patio bathroom, as it has two doors, one from the living room area and the rear patio area. The home has a beautiful kitchen that is fully outfitted for everything you would need. Bedrooms have their own tv and there is also a large tv in the living room, and outside patio. Spectrum provides the cable and the high speed Internet, and Frontier was added for extra Internet reliablity. The entire house has beautiful tiled floors, several rooms having wood finished ceilings. The dining room can handle up to 16 guests with the two added bar / eating areas in the kitchen. The living room area has seating for 10 to 12 guests. The laundry room has full-size washer & dryer located off the kitchen, and cabinets for extra storage. The billiards / pool table room is directly off the front of the house. There are also plenty of board games, variety of books, and a stereo. We have a foosball table and a game table. The outside heated swimming pool(solar and a heat pump) and covered patio area is quite large and overlooks the bay. It has plenty of lounge chairs, several patio tables, a large BBQ grill area, and a pool refrigerator. We also have a Ping Pong table and an outdoor TV. This property is fabulous and has a large back yard area overlooking the bay. The water is beautiful and has numerous fish, we occasionally have manatees and dolphins right by the dock. There are also a variety of ducks, blue herons, osprey, eagles, roseate spoonbill(my favorite), white pelicans in the winter, and other wild aquatic birds.
