There is a spacious living room with a large Smart TV and a dining space. There is plenty of parking with space for a boat. Pets are welcome with a fee paid prior to your stay. Conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and the Anna Maria Island trolley stop, this home offers easy access to everything the island has to offer. It's also close to a grocery store and pharmacy. A short walk will take you to the free Anna Maria Island Trolley that travels up and down the island. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Pets must be approved prior to your stay, and no more than two dogs are allowed. Excessive shedding or failure to clean up after pets in the yard can result in additional fees. No cats are allowed.
