The entire home is yours to enjoy, featuring a smart TV, plush furniture, and a capped fireplace chimney. The master bedroom includes a king bed and a closet, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a dresser. The third bedroom, an enclosed porch, features a bunk bed, a lay-down queen sofa bed, a foosball table, and toys. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower/tub combo and the other with a shower only. The private pool is onsite, inside a locked lanai, with optional heating available during winter months. Pets are welcomed with a fee of $35 per night per approved pet. The pool heating is available for a fee of $15 per day with a 3-night minimum, and requests must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. Full payment is required prior to activation, and the pool is heated to 82-86°F. Pool heating fees are non-refundable once activated. Set on a corner street in a quiet residential neighborhood, the home is only minutes from shopping, dining, and recreational activities. Beautiful beaches are just 10 minutes away, plus Anna Maria Island (15 min), River Walk Village of the Arts (5 min), IMG Academy (15 min), Downtown Bradenton (5 min), Longboat Key (30 min), and Sarasota (30 min) are all in close proximity. No unregistered guests, parties, or events are allowed. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is permitted inside the property at any time. Smoking outside the home and pool area is permitted, but all butts must be extinguished properly and discarded in trash bins. Any smoking trash left out will be fined. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Check-in and check-out on time, with alternate times available for a fee.
