The kitchen is fully stocked, providing plenty of counter and cabinet space for easy set-up for family meals. The fireplace is decorative only. Enjoy the private saltwater pool inside a locked lanai, with optional pool heating available from October to April. Pool towels are provided, and the pool is cleaned professionally every Thursday. Pool heating is available from October through April for an additional fee, with a typical cost of $75–$200 total depending on stay length. Approved pets are allowed for a fee of $35 per night per approved pet (excluding service animals). Located on a quiet corner lot in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this home is close to everything. It's 5 minutes to the Bradenton Riverwalk and the Village of the Arts, 5 minutes to Downtown Bradenton, 10 minutes to beaches, 15 minutes to Anna Maria Island and IMG Academy, 20 minutes to Sarasota-Bradenton Airport (SRQ), 30 minutes to Sarasota and Longboat Key, and 1 hour to Tampa International Airport (TPA). No unregistered guests are allowed, and parties or events are prohibited. Smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is not allowed inside the property at any time, but smoking is permitted outside the home and pool area, provided that all butts are extinguished properly and discarded in trash bins; any smoking trash or butts left out will be fined. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the bedrooms. Guests must remove shoes within the home and perform basic pickup before departure, including doing the dishes and taking the garbage outside. Approved pets must be crated when left unattended, kept off all bedding (guests must bring their own sheets/blanket if their pet sleeps with them), and a sheet or blanket of your own must be used to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture. Guests are responsible for picking up their pet's waste and disposing of it in the outside garbage only, and pets may not be bathed as this clogs the drains.
