The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, and a traditional drip coffee maker. Step outside to the screened lanai and private patio, perfect for enjoying meals or drinks. An in-home washer and dryer are provided. Guests have exclusive access to Cedars East Club amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, a 24/7 fitness center, and bicycles. Beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler are provided for your convenience. Dogs are permitted with prior approval and a fee of $250 per dog per stay, with a maximum of two dogs. Private parking is available. Starfish Sands is located on Longboat Key, a beautiful Gulf Coast barrier island known for its white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, waterfront restaurants, boating, cycling, and relaxed island atmosphere. Deeded Gulf beach access is just a short walk from the home. Joan M. Durante Park, offering scenic walking trails and mangrove boardwalks, is 0.3 miles away. Guests also have access to Cedars East Club, featuring a pool, tennis courts, a 24/7 fitness center, and bicycles. Nearby attractions include St. Armands Circle with its boutiques and restaurants, Lido Key, and Downtown Sarasota. Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are available for an additional $100 fee each, subject to approval and availability.
