Living room area is cool due to right next to back yard tree shade. The spectacular white sandy uncrowded famous Waimanalo beach, was ranked #1, America's best beach, in 2015 by Dr. Beach. This property located at Waimanalo Beach neighborhood, which is a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. There's a 600 sf green back yard in the back of the property, right in front of the front door of this unit. Parking space is available inside the property. For convenience, provided cooktop for kitchen, Internet WiFi, cable TV, microwave, shared washer & dryer. Internet Access, cable TV and water utility are included, but not include electric utility. This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Please keep it quiet, and no loud noise, thanks. None smoking, no pets, no visitors, no traffic, in this nice, quiet and safe beach neighborhood. Looking for good tenants will take good care of the property, no damage to the property, keep the place neat and clean. No pets, No smoking inside the place. This unit is located in the back two story building, downstairs. Manager is available on site. This property has been on market for sale for longer than 2 years. Not that many buyers looking for this kind of a lot bigger than regular houses, it will take times to wait for the right buyer. Not sure how long will it take, so we decide to rent it out for now. Tenants need to be OK to move out if there is a right buyer to buy and need to sell the property vacant with 30-day notice. And will return the prorated rent received. This unit can sleep up to 2 guests, and have max. of 1 small car. Note: 1) Please send message, how many tenants, which city come from, how many cars. 2 This property is for sale.
