In good condition, newly built only about 10 years ago. Manager is available on site. This is the fenced & gated site with the front house and the back main house. This rental is for the back house unit at upstairs: one separate entrance, going upstairs for this 2-bedroom unit and also for another 1-bedroom unit. This property, is very spacious in all different living areas sitting on huge big lot, located at Waimanalo Beach neighborhood, which is a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Whole property is surrounded with solid wood fence and front metal gate to make it become even more secure, privately enjoyable. Includes internet access and 1 cable TV. 1 AC installed for every bedroom, also 1 AC for living room, total of 3 ACs installed. All solid wood new cabinets, solid wood floors, quartz countertops for all kitchen. Quartz vanity top for bath. There's a 600sf green back yard in the back of the property next to the door entrance. The door entrance is for 2 units upstairs which also includes this unit. Parking space is available inside the property. There is 21 ft wide x 100 ft long on one side for parking and driveway. For convenience, provided 2 queen sized bed, 1 coach, table & chairs, WiFi, cable TV, microwave, cooktop, shared washer & dryer, etc. All utilities are included except electric utility. Since it's upstairs, please there's no running, jumping, etc. to make loud noise. This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Please keep it quiet, and no loud noise, thanks. None smoking, no pets, no visitors, no traffic, in this nice, quiet and safe beach neighborhood. Looking for good tenants will take good care of the property, no damage to the property, keep the place neat and clean. This property has been on market for sale for longer than 2 years. Not that many buyers looking for this kind of a lot bigger than regular houses, it will take times to wait for the right buyer. Not sure how long will it take, so we decide to rent it out for now. Tenants need to be OK to move out if there is a right buyer to buy and need to sell the property vacant with 30-day notice. And will return the prorated rent received. This unit is Month-To-Month rental, can sleep up to 4 guests including infants, and have max. of 2 small car. Note: 1) Please send message, how many guests, which city come from, how many cars. 2 This property is for sale. Not that many buyers interested to buy such a big property. However, there's still a small chance to show the property. We will give tenants a 24-hour notice. Make sure you are OK with that. Thanks for your corporation.
