All solid wood new cabinets, solid wood floors, Granite countertops for all kitchen. Granite/quartz vanity top for all baths. There's a 600 sf green back yard in the back of the property next to this living space. Parking space is available inside the property. There is 21 ft wide x 100 ft long on one side for parking and driveway. For convenience, provided 1 king size bed, 1 queen sized bed, 2 twins sized bed, sofa, tables & chairs, WiFi, cable TV channels, dish washer, microwave, countertop oven, shared washer & dryer, etc. All utilities are included except electric uitlity. This is a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Please keep it quiet, and no loud noise, thanks. None smoking, no pets, no visitors, no traffic, in this nice, quiet and safe beach neighborhood. Looking for good tenants will take good care of the property, no damage to the property, keep the place neat and clean. This property has been on market for sale for longer than 2 years. Not that many buyers looking for this kind of a lot bigger than regular houses, it will take times to wait for the right buyer. Not sure how long will it take, so we decide to rent it out for now. Tenants need to be OK to move out if there is a right buyer to buy and need to sell the property vacant with 30-day notice. And will return the prorated rent received. This unit is Month-To-Month rental, can sleep up to 6 guests including infants, and have max. of 2 small car. Note: 1) Please send message, how many guests, which city come from, how many cars. 2 This property is for sale. Not that many buyers interested to buy such a big property.
