Good morning- afternoon sunlight. Additional entrance room ideal for bikes, plants, kayak, storage, breakfast. 5 car driveway, sometimes available. Three blocks from Metro. less to bus, equidistant to (between) Conn Wisc. Ave numerous restaurants, 2 blocks walk to 2 Amy's, Barcelona, et. supermarket, shopping. 2 blocks from the National Cathedral. Ideal DC location - one of the best neighborhoods in town. Free parking/ lovely back lawn available. Adjacent to a park. Extremely safe, secure neighborhood. Avail. now . Please email specific time you'd like to visit, between 545 - 715, on days of open house below. Apartment is considerably larger than it appears in pics. Ample closet/storage space. New W/D adjacent shared with my family. Dog/cat ok/add $80 per month- lease term negotiable. If you're over 6 ft. there are small parts of this large apt. where a/c duct/ceiling could graze your head. Additional person is $200 more per month, due largely to increased utilities. One year lease preferred, but I'm flexible.
