I lived year for over a year and I absolutely fell in love with my apartment. I have loved one apartment when I lived in San Francisco, and the Fleetwood was my other equal love offering spectacular finishing, sun lights and beauty. Do not be fooled with its quirky exterior. At first, I thought it was just a huge house, but later on, I discovered beautifully renovated, cozy and clean apartments each offering something unique. The Cathedral bells are so cute too! The renovations are so well-though out and you can tell that quality was put in every detail. I love the hardwoord floor in the hallway, the black granite counter top, the brown wood cabinets, the door knobs and the ceiling lights and my favorite is the ceiling fan in my bedroom. I also absolutely appreciate the appliances that save energy and have a crips grey finish adding a luxurious overall look. AND! Every landlord should be like Mr. Bindeman as when he answered my emails and communicated so quickly when he had plenty to do! The maintenance crew, Victor had a wealth of knowledge in fixing everything very quickly and he had time to respond to texts while he was doing complex repairs. The management office, lead by Maria were very responsive. I wanted a building with a balcony so bad that I could taste it, but the superior customer service and care of the building made me choose the Fleetwood instead of the Vaughan. I love the floors, I love the energy saving lights, I love it has central AC/Heat and I love the grey and white contrast used as painting on the walls. I wanted hardflood floors, but the carpet works too and I get the hardwood in my hallway. The building is secured, and the lobby is always organized and clean. Do not wait if you want a quiet space, cute dogs, hard working LandMark staff and a no-nonsense building! I wanted a space where I can peacefully work from home and I found it. Get your adorable unit before it goes!

Second Bindeman property I’ve lived in. More than pleased with both properties. Always clean and well kept property. Management is very accommodating and easy to deal with. Maintenace requests are easy and dealt with promptly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
