Newly renovated basement suite. Experience the perfect balance of comfort and convenience in our brand-new, renovated basement suite. Located in the heart of South East Vancouver’s peaceful Killarney neighborhood, this suite offers a bright, modern, and private sanctuary for your stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully updated to provide a clean and relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. Unbeatable Location: You are positioned in the centre of all major cities and attractions. This is a guest suite located in the basement of my home. It includes a kitchenette with a portable stovetop/cooktop. There is no oven. It is not suitable for mobile babies who can turn, crawl, or walk, toddlers or children until 10 years old. As this is an older home, please note that noise does travel from the main floor to the basement. I have a toddler who can be noisy. **NO pets or service dogs due to allergies** We are a short commute to the vibrant energy of Downtown Vancouver, the world-class dining of Richmond for Asian cuisine, the newly renovated Oakridge mall, Central Park and Metrotown in Burnaby, the Vancouver airport, Commercial drive, Olympic village and Stanley park, as well as many other locations. Local Charm: You are just minutes away from the Killarney Community Centre (featuring an Olympic-sized pool, ice rink, and fitness facilities) and the lush, expansive trails of Everett Crowley Park—a hidden gem for nature lovers and Central Park in Burnaby. As per my amenities, I do provide a TV; however, there is no cable. You will need to login to your subscription services such as netflix or mirror through your phone to the TV. **Please note the following**: • The backyard is not included as part of the rental • There is heating provided via furnace. However, it can only be controlled on the main floor which you do not have access to. During the colder days, the heat is always on. You are provided a ceiling fan in the living room and a portable fan. Important house rules: - No parties or events at any time - No unregistered visitors allowed - No pets allowed or service animals as I am severely allergic and I have documentation from my allergist to prove this. - Strict no smoking, no vaping, no marijuana and no drugs as there is a shared vent. I do not want my baby exposed to the fumes. I will be able to smell it, including the vaping. - No confetti, sparkles, glitter or dying hair - Quiet time is 10pm-8am. This means no loud music, tv on incredibly loud, or loud talking equivalent to the noise level of fighting or arguing with your plus 1. Months available: December - $2500 February - $2100 March - $2100 Minimum days is 7 nights. Maximum days available is 60 nights. * Price varies for length of stay that’s less than 3 weeks *
