Starter supplies including paper towels, dish detergent, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided. Beds are fully made with freshly laundered linens, and a set of towels is provided for each registered guest. This carriage house is situated in downtown Newburyport, known for its lovely gardens and a huge Linden Tree. The surrounding neighborhood offers a gentle era of elegance and opulence. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, and any violation will result in immediate eviction with no refund and liability for damages. Parties, events, or performing artists or bands are not allowed at any time. Violating these policies will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors' right to peacefully enjoy their homes, not encroach on neighbors' space, and follow all parking instructions.
