Up a flight of stairs is a loft that overlooks the living room and offers stunning views of the marsh. The loft includes a full-sized futon for extra sleeping. Relax and enjoy the cool Atlantic breezes from one of the two decks. Off-street parking for three cars (one in garage and two in driveway). Or leave the car at home and walk to the beach. Close by is the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge where you can experience the most spectacular sunsets while hiking the Hellcat Trails. Dogs welcome! Internet and water/sewer included. Tenant pays heat/hot water (propane) and electric. No cable but has a Smart TV. First, last & security due at signing. No smoking. No events or parties.
